Terms of Service

By commissioning me. You are agreeing to following terms. please read carefully before placing an order

General Terms

Commissions are for personal use only. Unless commercial rights are purchased (Additional fees apply depending on service.

My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on social with credit, or printing for yourself but may not be used for profit without prior agreement!

AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, or minted as NFTs!

I reserve the right to decline commissions outside of my abilites or for subjects i will not draw!

Communications is important. if i do not receive a reponse within 1 week, i will proceed and deliver artwork as is!

You receive 2 free revision (sketch stage only). Additional revisions cost £10 each. Paid before i continue. please provide all feedback at the sketch stage!

Payment & Fees

All payment are upfront in full through the agreed platform!

Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 2 weeks or will be declined!

A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) fee of £100 applies if you request that i do not post your commission publicly or used it as part of my Portfolio!

Complexity fee between (£10-£100) for all commissions!

If a commissioner wishes to by commercial use after a commission. the prices will be streamer commercial use (£30) and Merchandiese commercial use (£90)!

Revisions

Revisions are only available during the sketch phase!

Once the sketches are approved, no further changes will be made to an error on my part. Mistakes i make will be corrected at no cost!

Deadlines and delivery

Commissions may take up 1 month depending on complexity,Queue,Heath,Personal matters!

I will keep you updated if delays occurs!

If you wish to skip the Queue and be priority. the fee will be £25. you will have to Directly message me or state in request forms that you wish for a rush fee!

Intellectual Property rights

I, The artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. you are purchasing usage rights. not ownership of the artwork itself!

I may use the artwork for:
Promote myself and my services!
post on social media and in my porfolio!Exceptions:
If an Nda was Purchased!

Refunds

I may cancel and refund a commission at any time!
You may cancel before payment is made!Once payment is received, Refunds are not available!
chargebacks are strictly prohibited!

If you do a chargeback:
you forfeit your rights to use the artwork!
place you on public blacklist (showing evidence!)
allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as i see fit!
results in a formal complaint against you!

Commissioner rights

Use the artwork for personal use (unless commercial rights are purchased!)print the art for yourself!post it on social media with credit to me (@Pixelartjade)

You may not:
use the artwork commercially without my permission!commission art/services using my design/work!remove signature/watermarks!
resell or redistribute the artwork!
modify the artwork with my consent!use the artwork purchased for personal use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects!

Blacklist policy

Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence)The blacklist will be shared with artist!

Final agreement

By commissioning me, you have acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the text above!
